At Innovative Media Marketing LLC, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Eligibility for Refund

Refund requests are accepted under the following conditions:

- The product or service delivered was significantly different from what was described.

- The digital product/course was non-functional or inaccessible due to a technical error on our end.

- The request is raised within 7 days of the purchase date.


2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following situations:

- Change of mind after purchase.

- Partial use of a digital product or course.

- Failure to use the product within a reasonable time frame.

- Purchases made during sales or promotional offers (unless defective).


3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us at support@immllc.org with:

- Your order ID

- Registered email address

- Reason for the refund request


Once your request is received, we will review and respond within 5-7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method via Cashfree or Eximpe within 7-10 business days.


4. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before processing/fulfillment. Once an order is fulfilled or digital access is granted, cancellations are not accepted.


5. Disputes

If you are dissatisfied with our refund decision, you may escalate the matter by contacting us directly. Innovative Media Marketing LLC is committed to resolving all disputes amicably.
